Can anyone tell me what Speed is good for? I go online and get crap like you need speed because enemies wil have more speed later. Say, What? So? Why do I need it? Does it help me run at the bad guy, all 5 feet, faster? make me hit faster, since turns are the same no matter what? I see no need for it.
Another thing that bugs me is, I have every buff known to man on a character, as well as the best equipment I can get, and I still hit "weak" Huh? I think your random generator is either broken, or sux, or doesn't even look at equipment.
speed fills your turn meter faster. So double the speed gives you twice as many turns. Up to a point, increasing speed actually gives you more damage than increasing attack.

Weak hits are based on affinity. You can't get around that with gear. If you're a Force-affinity champion (red), then when you are attacking a Spirit-affinity champion (green), you'll have a 35% chance of landing a weak hit.
