Break-even between Base Stat damage and Enemy Max HP
We all know Enemy Max HP champs scale to the point where they become irreplaceable in the end game PVE because their skills deal more damage as the enemies HP increase. Now, assuming your quinessential nuker has 5K-6K ATK and around 4.5X-5X multipliers and 250% crit.damage, we can assume close to 100K attempted damage. If we compare that to common 0.1*Enemy Max HP multiplier (plus the crit.damage), the enemy would have to have about a 290K HP. Feel free to correct my bro-math, I'm not entirely sure how the damage is calculated.
Does anybody know where that threshold occurs in popular content? I noticed my Konstantin nuked the Easy Hydra about as hard as my Seer, probably even harder. We know in late dungeons, Enemy Max HP rules. But what about Doom Tower? Faction Wars? Clan Boss? Anybody has any idea where Enemy Max HP attacks start carrying the torch in those?
