I've been using my newly acquired Elenaril in arena and I've noticed Deliana isn't affected by HP Burn. No Block Debuff is active, can't see a mastery that provides immunity, no shield active, nor anything wise that I can see that would cause her to not be affected by HP Burn from Elenaril.
Could someone explain to me what I'm missing?
if you have a bad affinity (blue vs red in your case), you have a 30% chance (i think?) of a weak hit, which can't be critical and can't inflict statuses.

I didn't realize that. I always thought she did a guaranteed and I usually only hit greens or blues with her.

I use her everywhere and I have i acc On her and never had an issue that's interesting tho to know that it doesn't always work I have had her about a year now
