Can you post your entire roster?

I wouldn't build Delver, but Royal Guard usually needs to be built with speed, some defense stats and crit damage to maximize the A2. Sometimes we will want accuracy for the A3, though. 

Royal Guard is a good pull! Delver goes into the vault.

I do need to get her masteries filled out 

In the bottom row goes Crit Damage amulet and ATK banner. That's easy. The problem is the top two rows: she lacks everything. At least, you can try bringing her crit rate to 95% (the other 5% you can get from masteries) and giving her SPD boots. At 119 SPD the only thing she is going to do is die.

Gloves: crit damage %

Chest: smithing you lack % pref attack 

Boots: speed
