Okay. From your initial suggested team I would go with the Helicath, Tuha base unkillable. And then I would pair with Fayne, who brings all the debuffs you need, good poisons and good damage. Then with Geomancer for his great HP burn, damage reflect nonsense. The for my final DPS I'd go with Vizier who hits hard and is quite solid in extending poisons and HP burns, or with Venomage who does a good deal of damage on their own.
