CB unkillable team problem

first post on forum here and i hope i don´t ask that much of a stupid question ... but (as prolly most rather new players) i wanted to advance in CB and after reading through some guides and watching some vids on YT i found the DWJ budget team where you only need a few changes to be able to use it for brutal/NM/UNM.
After some farming i managed to get the needed speed and the needed stats from the guide. My stuntarget works most of the time (stun calculator says it should work every time ...) and my champs should get the proper order with their turns according to the speed calculator. But that is not the case ...

Sometimes the boss decides to stun my Maneater instead of Geomancer and i guess that happens because of some unlucky crit or something like that. But most of the time my Pain Keeper falls out of sync when she has her 2 turns. First attack is ok but the second one goes of before the ae of the boss and not after it. So she loses here buff and at turn 16 goes down.
Any ideas why this happens and how i can do something against it? I already tried lowering her speed (214) and that worked but than something odd happened ... my Banshee suddenly had this behaviour. And with my current gear i can´t get to some of the more high end setups.
