You need to give more context for your question. You already have a roster that's built up quite well, so what area of the game are you trying to progress in?

probably the things I need to tackle first would be UN clan boss, faye in doom tower and hydra

Okay. So one step at a time. Let's build you a UNM CB team:

• Draco (damage, poison, debuffs) - second fastest
• Skullcrusher (CA) - slowest, of course. on green CB, make him lead, so that Wythir doesn't get stunned
• Wythir (leech, DEF up, stun removal) - make sure she is faster than the stun target. A3 on turn 1 of each rotation, A2 on turn 2.
• Ninja (damage) - fastest, to make it so we don't need to worry about his A1 messing up order
• Tayrel (atk down) - not ideal, but I can't find a better choice for an ATK down champ. on non-green, make him lead, so that he is the stun target. turn off a2 and a3.

Fellhound and no more question who should next lvl60 with a 5sec XP farmer. 

 This is a good plan, and a good framework for a Clan Boss teram. Get that going and you'll be set on resources forever. Ninja and Draco should get you to at least a three key with just the protection that Skull/Wythir and Tayrel bring/

Speed is never really the issue. People run out of resources long long long before the 20 secs/run make a difference.

I think that, no matter 1 hour completing a charater train or 4 hours.

I know energy never enough, but situation better than 2-3 years ago, when you couldnt buy plus energy from clan and tag team arena shop.
