Can you post your entire roster? Hard to really give suggestions without seeing who you currently have maxed :)

In the pictures is  my entire roster , in The Bank and champion inventory I Have to many to have in 1 inventorybut Its  By Rarity

The two at the top checked is Kael lvl 60 and Lvl 50 apothecary both fully ascendanded for their level.

Ah. So you only have Kael maxed atm eh?

Okay. I wouldn't even be thinking about CB yet - let alone NM CB. Ditto for Doom Tower. Right now your focus needs to be getting five champs to 60, with max ascension and masteries, and, ideally, fully booked, so that you can farm Dragon 20.

The team I would build is:

• Kael (fully book) - Wave Clear
• Apoth (fully book) - TM, spot heals
• Kreela (book if possible) - Wave Clear
• Boragar (leave unbooked for now) - Support
• Frozen Banshee (fully book) - Boss Killer

Should I Use Any of The legendaries Or epics  as Food? If Any Are Trash Or are They Good in their ways?

Never use lego champs as food. Ever. And, especially for your current rate of progression, don't use epics either. Whether or not they are good, they'll serve you better being guardians in the vault than being food.

I keep at least 1 of each legendary and epic and NEVER use a legendary as a book. 

You have plenty of rares which you could level up and use as books

I assume you are f2p? Would not bother with kreela, I could be wrong but not a fan. Certainly would not book. Apothecary and warmaiden would be my next 2.

 Who'd be the Other Option as another Option Instead Of Kreela? Just
