I completed ice golem quest several times, over 10 debuffs, at level 10 or higher, had almost 20 simultaneous debuffs at level 12 and did not get credit for clan quest. Did this several times and still no credit. Have screen shots to prove it. Any suggestyions?
Something about your statement doesn't add up. You can't have 20 debuffs.
Remember, it's not a question of the number of turns on the debuff - it's literally the number you see active at a time. 10 is the max.
Please post the screens, if you don't mind. We'll get to the bottom of this!

I tried on PC and on Mobile. I made sure everything was updated and tried it again. I tried it on Level 10 exactly, and I completed it on every level up to 15. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help?

in the above screenshot, you have 6 debuffs on the boss, as well as 2 on each of his minions. you need 10 debuffs on the boss himself.

sometimes there can also be some slight lag in a quest registering as finished, in which case you can restart the client/app and it should work fine after that.
Ah! Then I misunderstood what I was looking at. I'm a big dummy. I thought the numbers next to the debuffs were stacks of that debuff. It just occured to me those are the number of turns that are left for that debuff.
I'm just gonna go put on my crash helmet and play in traffic now. Good grief.
