I actually didn't know there was a crossword puzzle!  I just saw this posted on reddit and thought it was like any other promo code that was subtly announced in the back channels

Lol. Raid players would rather spend 6 hours searching for someone to give them the code instead of 5 minutes figuring it out on their own  :)

Guess im not a raider. I did the crossword regardless the promocode has only been mention in ingame chat.

How long is promo code valid? I like to wait so resources have longer expiration in mailbox.

How do I use the promo code?  No one tells me anything.  lol

I can't answer the former, but I can confirm it is six days in the mailbox.

Click the little ribbon anchor on the left to bring out the drawer which has the daily login rewards/etc, and click the "Promo Codes" button.

So click that triple bar, which will then open up a few options for you. Click Promo Code. Enter applicable promo code (where it says I've already collected it), hit confirm and voila, rewards to go your mailbox.

There's only 2 working(im 20 days in played so far so no clue if they still work) and its 3yearsraid and powerstarter . Otherwise , its the waiting game for plarium to give us another code ^^ 

All the codes fail and then you get told that you tried too many failed  codes and get a 1 hour slap on the wrist. Why don't they just give you the code in an email or in you chat window. 

Also is there even a support line to call if you have an issue with the game?

I lost my HD on my pc and when I reinstalled the game , I had to start from scratch. All my stuff was lost 2 years of gameplay. 

I play on other platforms and if you lose your PC  you log in with you account after reinstall and all comes back . Not with this game.

Your account is not on your PC, it's on the Raid server. If you know your login details, you can login from any device, any platform, provided you have internet. What happens when you start anew on a fresh device is you have to soldier through the annoying intro and tutorial. Then click on your avatar, log out, and then login with your original login details. This will open your old account.

Hmm, I don't think I have ever heard of this happening unfortunately.  I think there would be risk of abuse if it were to be allowed, as someone could create multiple accounts and get early free rewards, then consolidate them all into a single powerful account with all of the benefits (i.e. free login champions, free items and shards, etc.).
