Id say definitely a new clan boss with a twist like - using only void champions to fight, or Void affinity related rewards that introduce new content.
Maybe its a sequence or chapter-like boss that your clan can progress through new content once everyweek, assuming enough clan activity towards it.
I would really love to see something like multiplayer boss with lobby having 4 randomized slots for champs every time, with each different slot having limitation of either random element, random class, faction or rarity, each player brings one champ for one of slots and fight together.
It should have to be short fight though, probably in 5 mins range to not get on players nerves, still the variation and unpredactibilty would be entertaining. Each player would get rewards depending of total DPS/healing/buffing etc score.
Probably would involve lot of effort to pull off something like that though.

Randomness and unpredictablity is fun, it is part of why multiplayer games get so much replay value, as long as RNG itself doesn't get toxic as in having all or nothing decided by simple number.
