Are you sure the rewards aren't in your mailbox? If your inventory is full, they go there.

Also, are you *sure* you didn't receive the items? You checked your inventory and you don't have the relentless set items you were supposed to receive?

I would guess it's one of these two. 

@jbenet321 Go to your gear and sort by new to check for the Relentless if you haven't already done that. It's likely in one of the places kramas listed. On the very off chance that there was an error in receiving the gear, you should contact support.

Have been back and forth a lot on ticket now they are sending it upstairs apparently

I also love how their immediate rebuttal to this was to make me feel like I did something wrong when their game is totally f***** up
