I finally shortly will have my first team to focus on.... High Khatun, Kael, Maus Mage, Venomage and either Alex or Warmaiden (still deciding between them).  For better or worse, this will  be the team I use for everything... CB, Arena, Dungeons.  My question is, whats the ideal order?

I know I want HK the fastest and Kael the slowest, but I'm unsure the order of the other three.  Suggestions?
