After you get to Campaign:

Go to Stage 4 (on Normal), and you just have to clear it until gloves that have Attack % as the main stat drop for you. It could take a little time. After that happens, voila, you will get 50 energy and move along the mission chain. They should look like this.

Except they'll be from the Life artifact set.
