So it does happen and that's cool. But this morning, after reset, sitting at 2900 points with difficult looking opponents; I started a battle but before it even loaded the app shut down. When relogging in I was cordially invited to submit a report for an incomplete battle. My token was taken, my arena points were taken, and here I am in G3 w/o even the opportunity to fight.
No response necessary, just venting.
Worse when it happens Sunday night in Tag....
Battle should not be counted until its fully loaded. I am not saying you should be able to quit out like CB, but seems like it could be moved one step down the line...
I feel for you. We are seeing this happen to folks on the discord too. :(
I hope all the autoreports and our reports will accelerate the looking into this process.
This has started to happen to me more often, it's quite annoying.
Since the game knows a battle was interrupted, I don't what is preventing them in putting the option to log back to the interrupted battle. And of course once you ignore the pop up window, you should not be able to go continue the last battle again.
I know it is possible since I am playing a game that has this option. Though it is not a turn base game like this.
This has been happening to me for a year plus. Game crashes or match just doesn't load and you lose your token and points... wish they'd have better validation there.
Fortunately its pretty rare in classic.
