I don't love the idea of your stun target eating the stun and losing a turn. That costs you quite a lot of damage. I think I would go with Maneater / Fayne / Painkeeper / [stun block/cleanser] / Skullcrusher. At first glance, Grizzled Jarl would probably be my bet, so that he can run block debuffs before the stun lands.

That being said, I don't run unkillable teams, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

yeah with this comp I would have the block debuff from maneater on the stun target so he wouldn't get the stun

In that case, Maneater + Fayne + Painkeeper + Kreela + Skullcrusher sounds pretty damn good to me.

thank you mate, hopefully I works like, not tried it yet but u think kreela over farakhin? (kreela not booked but fara is) her dmg still be better than his burn and poisons?

Overall they are pretty comparable - when fully booked. Kreela will likely win out since her A1 will hit harder and her ally attack includes her attacking. Unbooked, though, Kreela's ally attack is only 80% activation rate, which will just kill her output.

If Fatman is booked, use him until you can get Kreela booked.
