On some artfifacts upgrading doesnt work upgrading artifacts just consumes money but does nothing to the level of artifacts.
On other side if you chose an auto upgrade it upgredes the artifacts to higher levels.
This has been a bug for a long time, when you restart your game you should either see your silver return to the correct ammount or the artifact will show the correct level
same here, also, i've spent 1,000's on delving at level 5 in the keep to get #### chestplate with HP as the primary number. Is there one?
