build out that archmage hellmut.
then maybe do arbi (atk up, inc tm) --> archmage (stun/dec speed) --> venus (dec def/weaken) --> nuker of your choice?
if you already have a set team but just need to remove seaker, archmage is a good replacement. his base speed is amazing, look over his A2, just needs 100% crit rate.
Arb + Salad + who cares what else, because those two win 90% on their own? :)
But in all seriousness - tune for no cut-ins:
Arbiter
[Insert second speed booster here] - whoever you have already built. Even Khatun is fine
Salad
Rotos
Gatta agree with Krama, that would be a very nice team.
Thanks for the suggestions
I'm gonna go with Arbiter/Archmage/Ma'Shalled/Rotos
I already have Genzin set up as well to try Arbiter>Archmage>Genzin>Ma'Shalled for the AoE def down
I gotta say, I don't love that idea. Hellmut doesn't really add anything to the team. If your Salad and Rotos get a turn, you pretty much already win, you don't really need the extra damage from Hellmut A3, and his A2 isn't reliable enough to use as control. Dig Khatun out of your vault if you need to, she'll be much better for this. Or, if not, go with someone like Visix, that has a guaranteed AOE CC.
i'd go with archmage over high hkatun, especially with salad since he'd do the increase speed you'd get from high khatun. as long as archmage crits you're golden, so the only threat is the accessories that turn crits into normal hits. he'll either stun or dec their tm's 20%. only thing you get from HK is 15% increase. higher base speed too so he should be easier to build without cuts.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. If Hellmut is going to be boosting speed, he can't be also stunning the enemy team.
If you're using him as a stunner, he's not reliable, since his A2 only has a 75% chance of stunning. If you're using him as a TM booster, he's sub-standard, since he only does speed up, he doesn't boost TM.
Now, admittedly, his A2 does reduce TM if it doesn't stun - but then you need to build him both with speed *and* accuracy in order to get those TM reducing/stun effects to land, and that's pretty tough to do.
