Did he go into your inbox due to your champions being full?

I collected Aleksandr as well as the ACC artifact set(6) and looks like 4 of the artifacts are missing. No clue where they are.

Not  in  inbox either.  I've  sorted   Champions by  rank  and  by  faction  but  don't see  him.  Just  got  him  on  my  second account and  he's  there.  I  also  checked  index  and  it  indicates   i  have  him.  Wrote support.  Will  wait.  Thanks.

I  wrote  to  support  on  Thursday,  December  9th,  I  believe about  this  issue.   I  only  received  the  Shield  and  the  Boots.    From  what  I  understand,  it  was  supposed  to  be  a  full  set  of  6  artifacts.    They  wrote  back  to  me  with  just  a  boiler  plate  email  saying  that  they'll  look  into  the  problem  and  also  asked  for  screenshots.    I  sent  them  2  screenshots  showing  that  I  hadn't  received  my  artifacts  on  Friday,  December  10th.   I  still  haven't  received them  and  haven't  gotten  another response from  them.

I  haven't heard  anything at  all.
