I would build her without accuracy. Forget about the stun, to get full damage from her A3, it's better NOT to land the debuff. Make her acc as low as possible. Dead enemies are better than stunned enemies.

I was going woth a meta hp burn stun for arena and spider. but i see your point

My Trundy hits twice for 120k on her A3. Even with accuracy as low as I can get it she will occasionally stun.
