Never happen, people have multiple accounts for one thing, they would make more and farm the best into one account,  players would sell accounts, whales would get stronger, the whole dynamic of the game would fundementally change

Zero chance of this happening. You need only look back to Blizzard's experiment with this in Diablo 3 to realise how it absolutely destroys a game.

Five minutes after adding this, you'd just be seeing even more of a flood of "buy amazing items from AMAZING$siteDOTcom for only $2!!! (remove the $ and DOT)"

Oh, I'd love to trade all the crap from my main for all the awesome stuff in my f2p.  With just the two accounts I could have a lot more top tier champs.

It would be cool. But champ trading is likely a pipe dream.

They've already covered it, but I'll hit it as well. As nice as it would be, the whole economy would change/die and I don't think Raid would be able to recover.
