Did you read the description? You must use champs from specific factions

Besides what Trips said, it often happens that there is a delay in points being displayed, so you may already have more points than what is shown. The rewards do work correctly though, so sometimes you can already get a reward even though it still shows you as not having enough points for that reward. 

Yes have s Been Using The  correct factions.  Already  thought  that  problem  .  And  have  not  experienced  the  getting the  award  without Showing  enough  points
