Okay.  So I'm  theory  crafting  an  UNM  team,  and  i  have  a  question.  I  want  to  use  the  Ally  Protect  damage  reduction  exploit,  because  i  have  most  of  the  champs  necessary  to  make  a  good  team.  

I  have  2  options  for  an  increase  buff  duration  champion:  Valerie,  and  Hope.  

my  question  is  simple.  Can  i  use   Hope  for  increase  buff  duration?  or  does  she  not  work  because  of  her  4  turn  cooldown?  What  if  i  have  a  2:1  ratio,  would  that  make  it  possible?
