Did you forget your screenshot? Or you just want us to suggest a team with champions, most of which you won't have? 

The single most important thing on Nether Spider is cleansing - ideally someone like Bad El Kazar, Mausoleum Mage or other champ who can cleanse everything on AOE, but if you don't have those, then Doompriest or others who will at least cleanse some. Then a lot of healing, plus enough AOE nuking to take out the spiderlings.

If you have her - Reliquary Tender is a rare champ with an AOE cleanse. I use her on my nether spider team (though now that i have Doompriest maxed I'll probably swap her out).

Are you thinking of Reliquary Tender?  Hope is the epic champ that brings a decent shield with her kit

Edit: and Reliquary Tender is indeed a great champ for Nether spider, and doesn't even need to be maxed at 60 to do her job.  

Normal or hard?

For hard i used 2 shielders (brogni and melga) a cleanser (relinquary), dps (royal guard) and stun / backup revive (scyl in stun set).  Its slow but safe on full auto.

Obviously your options depend on the champs you have available. Quicker clan members used septimus/valk / riho which are champs i dont own.

I  think  there  is  another  non-void  rare  with  AOE  cleanse,  he  is  not  very  good  though.  I  believe  it  is  a  Lizardmen.

Scyl, Rec Tender, Doompriest can help, Drexthar, Roshcard can help with block damage, Urogrim. Also put up a heal reduction so you can kill the spiderlings so the boss dosnt heal.

I use Drex, Doompriest, Scyl, Mauseleum Mage and Reliquary Tender. The idea is to have Drex just sit there, poke around, while the boss get hp burn then the rest will just support Drex with cleanse and heal.
