Are you asking for farming purposes, or just to clear them for the missions? If the former, I can't help you much - I don't have a working team myself.

For the latter - HP Burn is MVP. Ignatius is MVP, but since you don't have him, Akoth will suffice. I would go with Akoth + Maneater + CH + Hurndig + Kymar. Between CH and Hurndig you should be able to keep the boss TM under control, and the HP burn on the spiderlings will kill the boss.

Oh good, Swamy answered already. Pretty good advice as well, only changes I'd recommend are just based on preference and not effectiveness. 

You have champs to do every stage, if gear is lacking u may have to manual to get to 25.  But you only have to beat 21-24 once.  Could u be more specific on where u r stuck and what team u r currently using.  MM is still great even when weak affinty.

You 100% want achak for spider 25.  Then any HP burn champ (akoth) plus TM control and it will auto.  Vergis can tank 25 if u r having problems.

Why farm 21 instead of 20? The extra reward is extremely minimal, and 20 is *way* easier to farm.

You should only farm 20, 24 or 25.
