Well, there were a lot of issues with cvc scoring and they have a holiday tomorrow. So it's probably a good idea to get it fixed. 

before the servers went down I was not able to get clan quest coins once the quest was done. Also I was not getting any points for my runs in Spider.

Check again once the server comes back. If it doesn't/hasn't give you the rewards after the fixes, please DM me your UM#.

Yes they usually give you some downtime compensation. I don't remember seeing any kind of serious downtime in almost year I've been playing, I'm in USA though so maybe their maintenance is in off peak times usually for me.

Yeah, whenever there's been major disturbances outside of scheduled maintenance I've gotten replacements.

Due to the nature of the game they're always not nearly adequate enough if you actually expected to get something important done during the maintenance :P

I am happy with 1 energy refill tbh.

Usually you get more than just one energy refill, the compensations overall are usually pretty good. It's just that you often work on pretty strict timeschedules when trying to finish up events and maximize energy regeneration, so a downtime like this can hurt alot if it comes at the wrong time.

For example, I will likely loose an epic book, legendary book, about 400 energy, 24 FW keys, 5 silver keys and a clanboss key from this one.

Not yet. They are working on it right now, even at 1:35am their time. I know they want to get it back up for all of us.
