The description states that tier is based on points from prior CvC, but it appears our entire clan from minnows to whales is all T1?
Guessing a glitch in week 1 rollout? Be nice if this can be fixed since rewards cannot be collected until after determining the winner.

@everyone This is an update on the Clan vs. Clan tournament with personal rewards situation.
As you know, today was (or should have been) the first launch of the Clan vs Clan tournament featuring Personal rewards. Sadly, all players have been placed in the first Tier due to a number of technical issues. Once the Tournament has started, we cannot stop it and start anew. This is why, just for this once, Tiers for Personal Rewards will remain what they are. We do apologize for the whole situation.
The next Clan vs. Clan Tournament, which is scheduled for October 26, will feature the Personal rewards pool based on a player’s performance in the previous CvC tournament (the current one).
On a separate note, after the last server reboot, all players affected by the issue with the missing CvC points should have received them properly.

My clan is in Tier 1. I was looking forward to some killer rewards for the first time. :'(
apology for bringing back questions on a very old thread
I'm still not understanding how the determination for PR tiers work. I've searched online and can understand the basics, but in the last PR CVC I was in tier 2, and this PR CVC I am in Tier 4 for personal rewards.
I rarely achieve 200k during CVC's, with most of my scores ranging from 150k to 190k. So, if I am unable to achieve the top reward for tier 2, why am I bumped up to a tier that I have even less chance of receiving top rewards in.
Please understand this is a knowledge seeking post and not a complaint post. I would just like to understand the mechanics as I would prefer to remain in lower tiers where I have a greater chance of maximixing my rewards.

Your PR Tier is based on how many points you scored in the last PR CVC in comparison to all other players. If you are in T4 for the Personals this time, that means that you scored 196k-266K in the last PR CVC.
