There's two approaches to consider. Pre-20, spider OTK teams are possible - and highly recommended. These revolve around max-HP damage champs. Post-20, spider teams require HP burn pretty much.

Unfortunately for you, you don't really have a great setup for either option. You dont' have an AOE hp burn champ, from what I can tell, nor one to debuff spread. How close are you to getting Akoth from DT? He can serve as your HP burn champ.

Fushan as your lead ?? 24% Speed aura / A2 20% stun aoe , Smacks relatively hard

good also in DT Floors / Scarab King / Dragon - MINO Decent in the rest  , FW , 

all keeps but Spirit 

How much resist / defense does your Vergis has? He is probably the only choice for ling tanking.

My guess would be:

Vergis LEAD (250+ resist and 4k def, needs to have lowest max HP on the team, but still should have at least 35k)

Armiger  

Apothecary

Coldheart

Just a noob question on CH, do destory set work on spider boss as well cuz what i notice is that most CH with destory set are for DT scarab. (pre-20 spider atm)

Honestly, never tried - but the purpose of CH is mainly for the TM reset and the max-HP damage. I've never seen teams try to just grind down using destroy, but I can't see any reason it wouldnt work.

I read some old reddit post saying that destory set would just lower the speed of killing which is the part i cant understand.  And from some utube i saw, cc said having 2CH or 2+ with only one CH on destory set for scarab.  As usual, i dont understand too.....cuz for dungeon/DT its mainly for boss anyway.

With two CH you can pretty much just keep the queen from acting permanently, between their two A3s, if they're fast enough. No need for destroy gear against spider with that team.
