Personally, there are almost no situations in which I'd ever use a non-level 1 champ as food. I would love if it were possible to put a warning in when you tried. I've definitely accidentally eaten level 4 food for example, because I often run once first on easy so that I hit 20 after my last run on nm.
I already hate the stupid clicks on "Are you sure you want to use a fuseable champ?" I already want those gone after you've completed the fusion. I'm sorry to say it, I would HATE more clicks every time I was trying to level or rank advance.

Yeah that's why I'm hoping for it to be an option. I know some people level food before using it, in order to score more points in tournaments/events - so I'd want it to be something I can turn on/off.
