You are referring to regular floors of doom tower hard right? 

Try, Ursala, Visix, Scyl, Psylar and add a dps of your choice.

When not using the login rewards team you see above (which even on Normal is usually auto but not always), I use a block damage team with a crazy good reviver and some crowd control. For me that's Tower, Warcaster, Duchess, Scyl and Ninja. It's actually a fun team to watch work. :D

You could try basically the same exact team with Tower, Warcaster, Ursala, Scyl and Ninja/Trunda/DPS.

But tbh, JoinME's suggestion will work great! :D

To add to that id either use hurndig or trunda tbh who ever is built better for waves would be who i go with. You could always try swapping more suppourt instead of pure damage too valk, basher, umbral or bellower (in stun set) would to replace your 5th person bellower in a good stun set can hit decent basher as well and basher puts enemy cool downs on 2 turns, umbral is just a provoke queen. but theres always that route too i dont see any reason why you cant auto hard doom tower waves espcially pre90 level waves
