Opening a support ticket in the game is the quickest way to correct this. You can open one by clicking on your image in the top left, going to Info and then Support. Once there, choose Payment Issue in the Category box and fill in the details. Always reply to the first Automated Email you get in response. :)
Plarium seems to have a pretty quick turnaround time on the support tickets.
