That was basically my offense when I was going hard on plat. STopped pushing every week when I got my avatar after a bajillion plat rankings. 

Great achievement, and with a defense like yours pushing weekly should be easy so by all means keep grinding if you feel like it :)

What is the Lyssandra build like?  Enough accuracy to deplete TMs? or is she just for the double tm boost?

I think the prizes look worth it, just bad rng on the substats.  All 6 star gear, epic/legendary... way better than the gold4 trash which is mostly autosell.  Plus as long as bots are around, you really only need to push Sunday night. I dipped into Plat just fighting bots and bot-fruit.  No way I can beat plat teams or real high-end gold, and don't think I have a scary enough defense even with Lydia, Warlord, Duchess +1 to scare away attackers.  I am going to see if I can push from s4 to g1 in tag instead, that seems harder to me than reaching plat lol. 

Lyssandra has enough accuracy against speed team comps. I believe my Trunda is fast enough even if they resist the turnmeter reduction.

If you are in high gold4 to platinum arena, they will probably think every Duchess is in high res and in swift parry even if your Duchess is in not. 

In my experience once Duchess procced swift parry, more often than not it is a defeat for me. If you can put a good Candraphon and/or Mortu Macab there together with a swift parry Duchess, I can say it can be a solid defense that can also have a lot of wins.

Was there a specific resistance you were aiming for?

No, since I use a speed team I did not focus in building high resistance. 

Even my defense that consist of Warlord and Krisk, does not have high resist. And I think I don't need high resist on them since it does get attacked that often 😅

Grats - my defense isn't strong enough and no way I'm staying up til 3am to try to stay in Plat...goldIV is good enough for me.

Arena ends 4pm in my time so it is more convenient for me 😅

I believed I mentioned it here that defense does not need to be "strong". I recently got a Mountain King, and I tried putting him in my def without any synergy with my other champions 😅 I ran Arbiter, Warlord, Mountain King and Tormin. I forgot to screenshot my def log, but if I remember it correctly I was only attacked 4 or 5 times in the last 24 hours and only 1 of them in the last 10 minutes. 

If you want to push for plat, during the last few minutes before reset it is important that you have to win your battles in only around 10s. If not, it will be hard to be in the top 300. 

I believe this is one reason that my def is not getting attacked often. It is not that it is strong, it can be a risk to the attacker, if I outspeed them and Warlord reset their skills, it will take longer for them to win. No one wants a one minute battle in the battle for plat.

So it is either I am correct about my defense or I am just lucky about the timing that less people are now pushing for plat.
