No. 

Apo has no debuffs,+88 acc from items are totally wasted. Speed should have +88 (or more, as much as possible) instead, so Apo acts first and buffs the turnmeter/speed of your team before the enemy can act. 

He basically does nothing except for speed boost and heal, so the only stats you should focus on are SPD, DEF, HP, and RES. Every other stat is irrelevant. Trying to build him to contribute damage is pointless.

That's my Apo. +159 to speed, compared with +31 you have.

When my Apo has +47 to acc from items, that are just unwanted substat roles from otherwise good speed-items. I use only items from speed-set for him. If I look at your Apo, it seems as he weares 2 items of the accuracy set. You should change that. Put Apo in your fastest speed gear.

What about HK? 

My HK has my best gear...

I didn't know you allready have a very fast HK. With that additional information: Put Apo in your second best speed gear. If you tell us, you allready have a Deacon, Gorgo, Arbiter or whatever in your second fastest speed gear, put Apo in your 3rd-fastest speed gear. But make him fast!

My HK isn't that fast; actually, she's quite slow, but she's still the fastest

The  heroes  your  talking  about  need  to  be  crazy  fast.

Apothecary &  High  Khatun  both  do  same  move.

If  you  read  the  text  of  the  move,  It  is  the  same.

They  both  do  Turn  Meter  Filling  +  Speed  Buff.

The  difference between  Apoth  &  High  Khatun  is  the  Leader  Aura's  +  Alternative moves.

Apoth  does  Heal  +  Dungeon  Aura

High  Khatun  does  Turn  Meter  Reduction  +  Arena  Aura

Apoth  can  be  built  4  different ways:

-  Speed  Gear

-  Divine  Speed  Gear

-  Lifesteal  Gear

-  Bloodthirst  Gear

People  run  Lifesteal  or  Bloodthirst  on  Apothecary when  they  use  him  for  Dungeons  or Clan  Boss  content

High  Khatun  can  be  built  in  3  different ways:

-  Speed  Gear

-  Divine  Speed  Gear

-  Destroy  Gear

People  run  Destroy  on  High  Khatun,  sometimes,  when  they  use  her  for  Scarab  King  which  is  Doom  Tower  content.

The  rest  of  the  time  the  only  sets  you really want  on  Apoth  or  High  Khatun  are  Speed  or  Divine  Speed  gear.

Agree on speed, speed, speed.  Prioritize HP/DEF/RES over CR.  You are too  low level to prioritize anything other than speed and survivability on Apo.

Go speed above all else, then HP and/or Defense, and crit rate if you want.  Speed or devine speed sets. Speed boots, and speed substats everywhere.

Acc is a waste. 88 acc??? Then I see you have a acc set. Give that to someone else. And the speed??? Speed boots sir! My hk is faster with 3 star uncommon boots rather than five star epic boots, because the 3 star boots are speed boots. And 45 crit damage with low crit rate is a waste. If you are aiming for his a2, get high crit rate and damage, or just worry about a3 for now. I don't have a apo, but I'm already seing a lot of flaws in ur apo. Plarium, change apo's name to houdini or something like that please, makes more sense.
