sometimes there is a dealy on the Daily free pack, so you might reviece after playing the game for like an hour, then restart your game and it should be there.(The maximum delay there was with the Pack was around four hours from personal Experiene)

There's a technical maintenance going on today, causing the packs to apear with a delay, but everything should be back to normal soon. please be patient.

Do we get 2 after the reset? Because I still haven't received mine and reset is in less than an hour.

And now we can't collect the reward

 It keeps giving the message that there is a game error, continue or support. Who should be called non-support.

If you submit a refund request you will be immediately reimbursed

got the bug too

I had the same issue.  I got the boiler-plate response when they know there is an issue as opposed to when they are ignoring you so it is on their radar:

"Our specialists are currently investigating the issue.  We will get in touch wiht you when it's fixed."

So I believe they are aware.

They mentioned in the game launcher that they were putting a fix out.  They didn't update that message but it is now fixed for me.

Same here. Didn´t got the Freepack since 2 days. 

The support told me to log in again and again. No explanations what happend.
