I think there was a mistake as I was banned in chat for saying Good morning all! I then followed that up with a comment on the 12th anniversary tournament and the champ available. Not sure how any of that is ban worthy.
Is there an easy way to contact a mod on this game to get the ban reversed? I rarely say anything in game, say 2 sentences and get banned? I see people chat all the time and not get banned. Very annoying

Yes, same account. It was 2 messages, first one was Good morning all! and 2nd one was that there was a lot of anticipation for the 12th anniversary just for Fayne or something along those lines.

Still banned in chat. Kind of unreal that what I typed is considered spam. Literally just watched someone make more comments in less time in chat and not get anything. Considering I use chat to ask a lot of questions regarding my CB setup this is a rather annoying inconvenience.
