The  excessive use  of  capital  letters in the title is  discouraged.  They understand that this is frustrating  and  I'm  sure they will provide compensation after  the servers  are fixed.  They always do.  

They're probably already getting it in the neck from their bosses for whale minutes missed and compensation to be dished out at a future date. They will not be having a good day rest assured. But these things happen

Please  refrain  from   excessive use  of  capitalization.  

They  have  test  servers,  but  they  aren't  fool  proof.  We  are  very  fortunate in  ths  day  and  time  for  most  games  to  come  back  up  relatively  quickly  after  maintenance,  including  raid.  When  I  was  getting  into  online  games  they  would  be  down  an  entire  day  for  maintenance if  not  2  days.
