what about the rest of your team? I had the same issue where PK outsped my ME and it was actually my Seeker causing the issues because of his TM boost. DWJ's calculator should work for you.

Mine works fine, with 240 and 219 respectively. 

You need to check your true speed on each champion. Sometimes a 0.5 speed difference might throw the run off. You say you have 241 speed but it might be 241.03 or 239.75 or something like that. Are you using lore of steel?

Also make sure no one has masteries that boost turn meter.  Or that the other champs have extra turns etc.

Also, I think if u throw in CA or ally attack that will mess up PK

And remember to manual PK the first 2 or 3 turns so the skills are used correctly.  I need to manual the budget unkillable through turn 6 or 8 because I use Narma
