Hi I recently completed 100 fragments from Ruel event thats going on now but I still haven't summoned him, is it still possible to summon him even after the event ended? cause I'm thinking of waiting for the champion event to get points for summoning him.
yes it's possible. fragments remain on your account until used so you can summon him whenever you like.

Yes, if you collected all fragments, you can wait to summon Ruel at later time. Only the option to receive more fragments goes away, the fusion itself will stay in the fragments fusion tab.
