hello everyone, i have been playing for a while, but i havent been able to make a good gold arena team..so i am hoping one of you can help me pick out 4 champions from the picture, that would make a great team, and maybe suggest what geat you would put them in..

Well, you have top notch champions, its just a matter of gear.
Here are few recommendations:
Arbiter, Lyssandra, Ghostborn, Abbess
Shazar, Psylar, Khatun, Serris
Keymar, Gorgorab, Stag Knight, Skullcrown.
Thats if you wanna adopt the speed meta.
Alternatively you can make something like Arbiter, Krisk, Angar and Maulie work as a defense, but you usually need high resistance for teams like that.
I guess that is why I am not getting any of the good champs, he is hoarding them all.
