I'm sorry to hear about all your dupes, but that is all within the probabilities even if kinda unlucky.

A dupe system will come for sure at some point hopefully also affecting epics in some way, but until then stay tuned and don't get discouraged by some dupe pulls.

Yep, we keep testing different ideas to utilize duplicates. Considering the complex economy system of the game, development of the dupe system is a tricky business but we're working on it

Almost anything has finite probablilities. Coins landing on their edges, me walking through my door without opening it as predicted by quantum mechanics are examples. 

In the case of duplicates in Raid, the finite probability of what appears to be a true random number generator actually being such is smaller than the finite probability that the generator is not truly random but has built-in bias. 

As a low spending active player, account level 79, 12 months in the game. doing dungeons lvl20 with ease and the NM CB each day to the top chest. During this time I have received 6 legendaries from shards. Only 1 is top tier (Ma'Shalled) and I have him TWICE.     

The remainder are such stellar luminaries as Queen Eva, Cillian the Lucky, Norog, and the recently castrated Septimus.. recently nerfed 2 weeks after I got him.. 

My 50 something dupe ( some even are quadruples ) legendaries say hi :D 

Let's use round numbers and say there are 100 legendaries. Chance of drawing a duplicate to 1 particular legendary champion already owned is ~1%. 

It goes without saying that the more unique legendaries you already own the higher the odds that your next shard draw will be a duplicate. Furthermore, if the whole of the legendary pool is not available when a shard is opened and all legendaries do not have an equal chance of being pulled, then the probability of dupes is increased. This is the case in 10X events for example.

Getting as many dupes as you have, Rufus, suggests that you're something of a whale or a statistical freak. 

I would not complain about dupe legendaries if I had 50 of them. At the current rate of acquisition you will need to wait about 20 years to prove or disprove the veracity of the previous sentence.

Indeed the more you own the harder it is to pull specifics, and the higher the chance of dupes during 10x which are what you mainly pull in. and yes I am a recovering whale. Luckilly I manage to finance 80% of my expenditures using revenue from raid centric activity so no regrets.
