• one champ in a shield set, to start the fight with a shield allready
• at least one champ to produce team-shields, Metalshaper (rare Lizardman) is one of the best, as he has a shield lasting 2 turns on a (booked) 2 turn cooldown, but I don't see that champ in your roster. Blind Seer could replace him, but 2 turns shield with 3 turns cooldown is not enough
• Sandlashed could help with her buff extension to make sure the shield dosn't expire. But your team has to be perfectly speedtuned then, as that skill has a 3 turn cooldown as well
• Tunrmeter reducing effects, never let him get a turn: Coldheart, Visix, Blind Seer

So as team I see the following champs: Visix, Coldheart, Blind Seer, Sandlashed + one free spot. Maybe you have another champ with teamwide shields?

/edit: Or, as easy way to do it: How many blood shield rings do you have from CvC? Shield set to start the fight in a shield + bloodshield ring on everybody on your team would work as well. Just use speed and turnmeter reducing champs in that strategy.

It really helps to put a champion in a destroy set for this fight as well.
