And this game RNG is not true RNG, when you have a certain amount of champs (for example 10 legendaries) the chance you get a dup is higher than the chance you get new legend.
In real life with real RNG (for example 20 dices for 120 legendary champs) most of players won't get any dup in 30 - 60 first legendary champs.
It's the way Plarium do RNG. It's server RNG, hard to explain to you guys, but in short, the chance you guys get some specific champs in a range of time (for example, several minutes) are high.
This.
They could do a better job of making it look like genuine RNG to be honest with a bit of effort.

So this explains why in 17 void shards I got 4 Pain Killers?! I am so done with this game.

I really don't think you understand how random numbers work. Take a look at the classroom problem. As you increase the number of picks, the likelihood of getting duplicates gets high very quickly.

don't try to be smart in front of me, please. try to learn from the facts you got, not from theories your teacher taught you.
P/S: When I joined 20 years class meeting, I realized all idiots become teachers.
The classroom problem is not a "thing you learn in school" although I can understand why you might be confused from the name.

Unfortunately, random number generated from a computer is not real life random.
------
For someone else, when the CPU is more and more overloaded, the generated "random numbers" is less and less look-like-true-random.
Let be serious
If you are looking in game you can easy understand that is no "random" on pulling shards
Random means that you have same chance to get any of legos .
look today- i saw more than 90% Stier and A tier legos pulled .
Regular days ... S tier is low than 5%
For me it is clear that odds are manipulated by developers ( chances for each hero to drop) according with their wishes

Random number generates are random "enough" for practical purposes. Algorithms have evolved considerably from the days of "oh we'll just seed it with a static number". I very much doubt that you'd be able to predict the numbers generated by even a basic algorithm today, especially without having any idea what approach they're using to seed it.
