Is there any way to make suggestions to Plarium?

I wish clans would show more individual-player stats and offer a range of roles/ranks other than deputy or soldier. I already have a deputy, and I don't want to give people I don't know in person the ability to kick everyone else, but it would be cool to have some kind of reward for loyalty/activity.

Especially now that CvC is a thing, they should expand on clans.
