He's good enough to be worth investing in, especially if you get him early when you may not have other champions with similar kits. Turn meter boost and speed buff will let your team take more turns, and his heal can keep them alive. With enough books his cooldowns are very low. He also does multiple hits on his A1 which is good for the fire knight.

He is good but not OP

He is one of the best supports in the game.

The review system is so bad. You need to upgrade champs to rate them. Only people who think the champ is worth it will rate it, so most of the time, the ratings are good.
