The wording on this is confusing. It means 3 3* offense sets, meaning each piece has to be 3 stars.

switch out those 3 x 1 star pieces to 3 star pieces and you ll be completed

So please help. So there only needs to be 3 artifacts with attack and 3 stars and the other 3 can be any thing . However there must be 3 stars as well o those.

Do they need to be a certain color as well as 3 stars ??

Attack set is 2 pieces, so you need 6 total attack pieces and they each need to be 3* or higher rank.

Rarity ( color ) does not matter.

there are a lot of different gear missions. could you upload a screenshot of the one you're having trouble with?

equip an attack type champ with Gaunt,chest plates,boots with attack % as there primary stats

There's a distinction between ATT and ATT %

if the % symbol isn't there, it's just a straight bonus of whatever that number is, we call that a "flat stat"

You need pieces that give a % boost.

That's possibly the single most common thing that gets mis-reported as a bug. I really wish Plarium would reword the quest to explain it better.
