Okay so why come in almost all auto battles she uses her Deadly Catalyst before Poison Rain? She seems to have it right against the dungeon bosses though

Deadly Catalyst hits harder, so isn't it better that she uses it first on arena and such?

No because Poison Rain puts more poison debuffs on them and that increases deadly catalysts damage.
