Why does Ma'shalled not use his Open Wounds skill on the Spirit Keep boss when she has her Block Debuffs buff? Ma'shalled's attack literally steals buffs and puts up a 100% heal reduction debuff, there is probably not a more perfect skill to use against this boss, yet he won't do it unless she doesn't have that buff active. This seems like a real detriment, and I would assume an easy fix, because he'll usually use this skill immediately after his Tornado skill no matter what.

Would love to see this fixed.
