Progress missions, Artifact Mission.. Equip two Atack Type Champions with Gauntlets, Boots, and Chestplate, with level 12 enhancement. The first one I did recorded fine, but since then I have equiped 3 more Champions like this and none have recorded as complete. Any help in this would be appreciated.

I am! on the Artifacts challenge that says equip 4 champs with 3 stars or higher artifact sets of level 8 or higher I have done that but it shows only 1. do the artifacts have to be of the same kind or can they be different types?
This mission reffers to artifact SETS, like Attack, Critical rate, speed, etc. If you have a set it displays a proper dot under champio rarity under "set info". Master butcher has all 3 sets, others not.

No, but you need 3 set bonuses, of any kind (which means, per definition, that only sets which give a bonus with just 2 items can work). Whether it's 3 attack bonuses or 3 different ones doesn't matter. But sets like frost, daze, lifesteal and so on can't work, because those require 4 items so you could never have 3 sets on one champion.
Ok, I am not sure how to take and post a "Screen Shot", but here is the break down of what I need and have. The progress mission is to equip 2 ATK type champions with Gauntlets, Boots, and Chest Plate, Level 12 or higher and ATK % as the Primary Attribute.
Here is my list of what I have done to attempt this Progress Mission.

Shamen - 5* - L50 -- Gaunt = Epic 3* Offensive Lv 12 Atk% = 19, Boots = Common 3* Offensive Lv 12 ATK % = 19, Chest Plate = Rare Offensive Lv 12 ATK % = 19..
2nd Champion - NOT recorded by game.
Commander - 4* - L28 -- Gaunt = Common 3* Defensive Lv 12 Atk % = 19, Boots Epic 3* Lv 12 ATK % = 19, Chest Plate Rare 4* Lv 12 ATK % = 26
3rd Champion - NOT recorded by game.
Tracker 4* L 26 -- Gaunt = Common 4* Life Lv 12 Atk % = 26, Boots Common 4* Deffensive Lv 12 ATK% = 26, Chest Plate Common 4* Deffensive Lv 12 Atk%= 26
4th Champion - NOT recorded by game.
Anointer 3* - L20 -- Gaunt = Rare 3* Frost Lv 12 Atk% = 19, Boots = Rare 4* Frost Lv 12 Atk% = 26, Chest Plate = Epic 5* Frost Lv 12 Atk% = 33
My Problem is I have spent all this silver to level up these artifacts to LV12 and still cannot advance in the Progress Missions until the game recognises I have completed the task 2 times over.
PLEASE ADVISE as to how I can fix this.

Only 1 of those is an Attack champ
I am still confused :(( which items do I need on each one?
Ok Thanks I got it now. I was equiping the Champs with the red Face thinking that ment attack. I have it now.
