I don't think this is possible. You're gonna have to manually input the data if you want your data on a spreadsheet.
What would you use it for anyway? It might be easier if you're only gonna need it for tracking artifacts/champs for specific purposes (e.g. managing artifact rotation for FW, etc.), as opposed to having the entire data list which changes a lot anyway.

It is possible. A tool is called "RaidExtractor". It exists as a source code and does some woodoo with pointers reading Raid process memory (Plarium play desktop version). It saves all artifacts on account in json format. There are rumors that its author Da-Teach and Hell Hades gonna make it into something for HH's website.
