Hi I have a problem (i think)

I have multiple accounts. And with one I had reached a bronze level 4 in classic arena. As a reward I got 5 star artifacts every time. But my other account I had silver level 4. And I get artifacts with only 3 and 4 stars. while that is a higher score. How is that possible?

3 star artifacts are of no use to me
